Although Scottsdale is one of the area’s most thriving communities, the city continues to retain its identity as "The West's Most Western Town." One must-see event is the annual Parada del Sol Parade, the world's largest horse-drawn parade featuring more than 150 entries each year.

Also known as Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Scottsdale offers the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, dozens of art galleries, western-themed shops, chic restaurants and trendy night clubs. The Scottsdale Fashion Square mall offers shopping at its finest with stores like Tiffany & Co. and Neiman Marcus.

Scottsdale boasts the highest concentration of spas in the country, so being pampered from head to toe – literally – on a regular basis is not out of the question. Golf enthusiasts value the dozens of courses in the city and more than 200 in the surrounding area. Scottsdale was recently named “Best Place to Live for Golf” by Robb Report magazine.

The San Francisco Giants (MLB) call Scottsdale Stadium home each year for spring training, offering big league sports with a small town atmosphere. Additionally, thousands of people are drawn to the annual Scottsdale Arts Festival, one of the city’s most popular events every March.

North Scottsdale is home to the WestWorld equestrian center, where the renowned Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show takes place annually. The Kierland Commons is great for exploring dozens of boutiques, unique shops, restaurants and galleries.

This fabulous city is the perfect place for everyone: singles, newlyweds, families and retirees. The best way to appreciate everything Scottsdale has to offer is to become a part of it.
